Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers your PocketPOS subscription with PocketLab. It does not cover payments between you and your own customers (see the last section).

1. Free trial

New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial โ€” no card is needed and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep using PocketPOS.

2. Paid plans

Pro, Grow, and Prime are billed in advance (monthly or annually) in Malaysian Ringgit through our payment provider. We don't store your card, so each renewal or upgrade requires your action.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which it simply stops renewing โ€” there are no further charges. Once a paid plan lapses the account is paused until you choose a plan again; your data is kept.

5. Payments between you and your customers

Money your customers pay you (e.g. via DuitNow QR / FPX) flows through your own payment account. PocketPOS does not hold or settle those funds and cannot refund them. Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes for a customer's purchase are handled between you, your customer, and your payment provider under their terms.
